Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Development Project Manager to oversee multiple high-value development projects from start to finish. This role involves managing budgets, schedules, teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end management of development projects, ensuring alignment with company goals from inception through completion.
  • Oversee project budgets and financial models, proactively addressing variances, optimizing costs, and ensuring profitability while managing contracts and tracking expenses.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules for all phases, including design, permitting, construction, marketing, and close-out, while identifying risks and opportunities to enhance timelines.
  • Supervise contractors, consultants, and project teams, ensuring high performance and coordination with external stakeholders like government officials, investors, and community members.
  • Secure necessary permits, manage financial underwriting, ensure compliance with legal and insurance requirements, and support marketing and leasing efforts for seamless project delivery.
  • Provide regular, high-quality project updates and reports to internal teams and external partners, maintaining consistency with company standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 8–10 years of project management experience, with at least 5 years in a management role.
  • Experience managing luxury multifamily residential projects valued at $100 million or more.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills with a track record of completing projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Familiarity with project management software, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred).
  • PMP certification (preferred).
