Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms including SEO PPC email marketing content marketing and social media advertising
• Create compelling digital campaigns that drive brand awareness qualified leads and online conversions
• Manage and nurture leads via CRM platforms and marketing automation tools
• Analyze metrics and KPIs using Google Analytics and conversion tracking to optimize ROI
• Collaborate with the marketing team to scale successful initiatives using data-driven growth strategies
• Conduct A/B testing audience segmentation and campaign optimization for continuous performance improvement

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years proven experience in digital marketing lead generation or performance marketing
• Proficiency in digital tools such as Google Ads Meta Business Suite SEO software and email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp ActiveCampaign)
• Strong communication copywriting and presentation skills
• Self-motivated and organized professional with excellent time management skills
