Reporting and Compliance Analyst – Entry-level Administration
The Reporting and Compliance Analyst will perform a variety of daily functions in administration and human resources at IST Management. Ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills and will be willing to train as necessary.

Compensation: $15.00-17.00/hr pending relevant experience in HR + benefits

Schedule
Monday - Friday, 8:30AM - 5:30PM flexibility in daily work schedules may be necessary due to departmental workload requirements and responsibilities. *Position will be fully on-site at IST's Corporate HQ during 3 month training period, once trained position will transition to Hybrid role (WFH 2 days/week)*
Job Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance and reporting issues and concerns within the organization are being appropriately evaluated, investigated, and resolved.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance
• Perform scanning duties as needed, handling confidential documents and files with sensitivity
• Back-up Reception as needed for lunch/breaks
• Ensure eligibility verification for new hire processing and process employment documents
• Handle employment-related inquiries from employees via phone and email, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff
• Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law
• Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills; integrity
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; professionalism
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
