In this vital position, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and setting up high-quality appointments for our sales team.

Starting pay is $18-$20/hr.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential clients, projects, and industries aligned with our offerings
• Build and manage targeted prospect lists using internal tools and online resources
• Make outbound calls and send outreach emails to generate qualified leads
• Schedule a minimum of four sales appointments per week per Sales Representative
• Deliver 20+ qualified leads to the sales pipeline weekly
• Collaborate with Sales and Admin teams to ensure alignment on strategy and goals
• Stay informed about company services and industry trends to strengthen outreach messaging

Qualifications:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
• Comfortable making outbound calls and following up consistently
• Experience in lead generation, inside sales, or outbound marketing is a plus
• Familiarity with CRM systems or lead tracking tools is helpful but not required
• Coachable, eager to learn, and driven to succeed
