Lead Generation Specialist Needed ASAP! - Sauler Institute of Tattooing

Commission-Based | Remote | Flexible Schedule

The Sauler Institute of Tattooing is a leader in paramedical and cosmetic tattoo training, mentorship, and services. We are looking for a motivated and driven Sales Representative to join our team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about helping artists and clients discover life changing opportunities through our advanced trainings, mentorship programs, and services. We’re looking for a sharp individual with a desire to grow with a fast-moving company.

Job Description:

You would be working inside of our corporate messaging account, communicating with leads as they message us from our ads. You would also be connecting with prospective leads organically through our Facebook and Instagram accounts.

Your goal would be to communicate on behalf of our company and create an interest for the lead to book a sales call with one of our sales team. You have the ability to earn commission per sale. 

Responsibilities:

• Engaging in our lead generation strategy on all our social media platforms during scheduled hours.
• Keeping a detailed log of prospects and performance (we provide tracking sheets).
• Providing insightful feedback to continually improve the process and implement new ideas effectively and efficiently as per the direction of leadership.
• Promote and sell Sauler Institute’s trainings, mentorship programs, and tattoo services
• Manage inbound leads and proactively generate new leads through outreach, networking, and relationship-building
• Conduct consultations to understand client/student needs and present the right training or service options
• Follow up with prospects, nurture relationships, and close sales
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets

Requirements:

● High level of experience with Instagram, Facebook and other social media platforms

● Experience in customer service is a plus Experience in Sales is Preferred

● Some experience in the (your) industry is also a plus but not mandatory

● Must be able to rapidly pick up and implement a specific communication style

● Must attend weekly team meetings

● Must have flexible availability to work on weekends, evenings, and mornings
