Job Summary:

The ideal candidate for this position should have a track record of successful customer service positions with at least three years of experience, and a strong desire to succeed with integrity. Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations, customer service, vendor services, inventory, writing repair orders.
• Remedy customer complaints promptly
• Ensure customer satisfaction metrics are met

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required
• Three or more years of experience in a customer service position for automotive is necessary
• Knowledge of the automotive industry and trends
• Possess a state-issued driver's license and clean driving record to operate vehicles
• Strong communication skills; a track record of leadership
