As we continue to expand, we are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Social Media Coordinator to join our dynamic team and contribute to our ongoing success. Responsibilities Social Media Management : Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across client social media channels, ensuring brand consistency and adherence to each client\'s voice and messaging. Content Creation : Create and edit short-form video and reel content for social media, featuring apartment tours, event promotions, event recaps, Denver-based itineraries, F&B content, small business spotlights, and more. This requires a strong understanding of how to emulate and replicate viral trends for client content. Community Management : Actively engage with online communities, respond to comments and messages, and foster positive relationships to build client brand loyalty and increase audience interaction. Influencer Campaigns & Giveaways : Identify and collaborate with on-brand influencers relevant to client industries, manage giveaway promotions, and coordinate campaign logistics. Trend & Partnership Research : Research trends, styles, partners, and influencers for clients, and brainstorm innovative content ideas tailored to target audiences. Reporting & Analytics : Develop and deliver reports showcasing campaign metrics, social media performance, email campaign statistics, and influencer engagement, providing data-driven insights and recommendations. Collaborative Work : Work closely with the creative and strategy teams to brainstorm and execute campaigns that align with client objectives. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Experience designing and working within Canva with an understanding of basic graphic design principles, especially for social media. 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management, preferably at a marketing agency. Excellent communication skills to thrive in a remote work environment with clients nationwide. Strong copywriting skills with the ability to switch between different tones of voice for each client. Proficiency in social media platforms ( Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Threads, TikTok ) and tools ( Sprout Social, Capcut, Canva ). Proficient in capturing and editing photo and video content tailored for Reels and dynamic social media storytelling. Experience with influencer partnerships and social media giveaways. Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights. Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. A creative mindset with a passion for producing innovative and effective marketing solutions. Location Denver, Colorado Work Arrangement Work from home with occasional in-person obligations.
