Our Sports Minded Marketing and Promotions Associate individuals will work in a retail setting, engaging directly with customers to determine what services would best fit their needs throughout the day-to-day retail and office operations.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, capable of working independently as well as with a team, committed to customer service, and has a competitive mindset. This team runs off healthy competition, leadership, and team building. This is an entry-level role, we are offering this role to the right candidate regardless of previous professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Marketing of the clients products and services to their customer base.
• Participate in regular product knowledge training, sales meetings & leadership development trainings
• Handle the promotional events and activities necessary to ensure the satisfaction of our clients.
• Drive sales through suggestive selling, product knowledge, and face-to-face interactions.
