We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Staffing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing the recruitment process, building relationships with clients and candidates, and ensuring the successful placement of qualified individuals. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Recruitment Process: Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to candidate placement.
  • Screen and Interview Candidates: Review applications and conduct interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for various roles.
  • Pre-qualify Candidates: Utilize assessments and testing to ensure candidates meet the necessary job requirements.
  • Database Management: Enter and update candidate and client information accurately and promptly in our database.
  • Candidate Outreach: Make daily phone calls to prospective candidates to discuss job opportunities and assess their interest.
  • Candidate Placement: Match qualified candidates with client needs to fulfill staffing requirements effectively.
  • Relationship Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates, ensuring open lines of communication.
  • Facility Tours: Conduct site visits to client facilities to understand their needs better and address any employee relations or safety concerns.
  • Advertisement Management: Prepare and post job advertisements across various platforms to attract suitable candidates.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Actively search career websites and other channels to identify and engage potential candidates.
  • Claims Processing Support: Assist with the processing of unemployment and worker’s compensation claims as needed.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other related tasks as assigned to support the recruitment team and achieve business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • At least one year of sales experience, preferably in a recruitment or staffing environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with strong listening abilities.
  • Proficient in internet research and candidate sourcing techniques.
  • Ability to work 40 to 45 hours per week.
  • Conceptual thinker with a competitive nature and a drive for success.
