Join to apply for the Systems Integrator role at Fuel Consulting, LLC . Fuel is seeking a Systems Integrator (SI) to support a customer with maturing a newly established cross-organization portfolio management office for technical and mission programs. The ideal candidate should be: proactive, forward-leaning self-starter able to work in a dynamic organization; knowledgeable in advanced technologies that support intelligence collection and analysis systems; experience identifying and gathering requirements; managing and integrating Project Management Review (PMR) information from multiple, diverse projects and customers. Major Responsibilities Create, draft and review program documentation and develop processes including planning documents, tracking action items, developing briefings, and coordinating project events. Establish a knowledge management structure to identify, collect, synthesize, organize, and manage knowledge in support of the customers office. Analyze initiatives and activities, catalog them into focused areas, and create a structure for transparency and knowledge sharing. Create and maintain an MS SharePoint site as a central repository of documents and products. Maintain the customers TalkAbout website, collaborating with graphic artists and posting new content as needed. Respond to quick-turnaround taskers with analysis using MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Required Qualifications 5-10 years of experience relevant to this position. Hands-on experience with MS SharePoint, preferably as a Site Collection Administrator (SCA). Experience with project documentation, monitoring technical efforts, and capturing requirements. Familiarity with project management principles. Strong analytical skills. Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and administrative skills. Ability to adapt quickly to urgent needs. Graphics and website development experience is a plus. Top Secret Clearance with polygraph.
