Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and onboarding. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a passion for connecting talented individuals with opportunities that align with their career goals and our organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and employment agreements.
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and generate recruitment reports as needed.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, iCIMS) and recruitment tools.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
