Role Overview As a Tech Recruiter, you will be an integral part of the HR team, collaborating closely with the technical team to understand hiring priorities and identify top engineering talent. You will own the recruitment process end‑to‑end, ensuring a seamless and high‑quality experience for candidates. You will also build and maintain a strong talent pipeline, proactively anticipating hiring needs and helping Prime Insights’ technical teams grow with skilled, motivated professionals who drive our products forward. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for engineering and product roles; experience working with developers using PHP and Vue.js will be a plus. Candidate Experience: Manage the recruitment process to provide a professional and positive experience for candidates. Team Partnership: Collaborate with the HR department and technical team to understand role requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. Hiring for Tech Lead and senior positions will be a plus. Market Insights: Stay informed about technical hiring trends and competitive compensation benchmarks to support recruitment decisions. Process Improvement: Optimize recruitment processes, workflows, and tools to enhance efficiency and outcomes. Talent Pipeline: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future technical needs. Your Skills 2-4+ years of recruiting experience , with a focus on technical roles Strong understanding of engineering roles, technical stacks, and software development processes Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing/recruitment tools Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive recruitment strategies Our Offer Competitive salary commensurate with your experience and expertise Regular salary reviews to ensure your compensation reflects your contributions Collaborate with an international team on diverse and engaging projects Enjoy a safe and stable work environment with ample opportunities for growth and development Important: We are not considering freelancers or contractors working on multiple projects simultaneously, or recruitment agencies.
