Job Title: Transaction Coordinator

Location: Scottsdale, AZ

Compensation: $60K–$80K base salary, discretionary bonus, full benefits

The Kostelic Agency is engaged by a nationally expanding real estate investment group to identify a Transaction Coordinator to join its high-performing team. This role serves as a critical backfill with established processes in place, offering the opportunity to make an immediate impact on the company’s growing portfolio.

The Transaction Coordinator will serve as the central liaison between internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring seamless execution of commercial real estate transactions from contract to closing.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of multifamily and commercial real estate transactions, from contract to closing
• Coordinate due diligence efforts, including title, surveys, zoning, insurance, and lender requirements
• Draft, review, and manage transaction documentation in collaboration with counsel, lenders, and brokers
• Act as the point of contact between internal teams and external parties to drive timely resolutions
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local requirements while mitigating risk
• Maintain accurate documentation, workflows, and critical transaction deadlines

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate transactions, loan coordination, or a related role
• Strong knowledge of commercial real estate closings and lender-side due diligence preferred
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Yardi, CoStar, or similar software is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree not required; open to experienced professionals with demonstrated capability

Compensation and Benefits

• $60K–$80K base salary, commensurate with experience
