As a Treasury Management Officer in Commercial Banking, you will generate new treasury management business and maintain client relationships. Leverage your treasury product knowledge to develop and implement local market and product strategies, while partnering with Bankers, Client Service, Product Leadership (Core Cash, Card, and Commerce Solutions), and Implementation teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Grow revenue through prospecting and sourcing new treasury management business, while expanding existing client relationships
• Engage in strategic dialogues on client-centric issues, industry benchmarking, opportunity quantification, and solution positioning
• Collaborate with bankers and clients at senior levels to provide integrated treasury solutions within a consultative framework
• Lead business process reviews aligned with sales opportunities, engaging industry solution specialists for complex reviews
• Develop new solution ideas and work with internal stakeholders to refine products and solutions
• Deliver thought leadership through market presentations, industry conferences, webinars, and media
• Manage non-credit risk for the customer portfolio and monitor profitability of relationships

Qualifications & Skills

• 10+ years of experience in cash management, sales, and relationship management
• Proven success in developing new business with strong negotiation skills
• Knowledge of Treasury Service products, credit and risk processes, overdraft management, and pricing
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• Certified Treasury Professional designation
• Creative problem-solving skills
