Overview:

BMW of Stratham is part of the fast-growing Group 1 Automotive , a leader in automotive retail. We are looking to add a qualified Vehicle Internet Manager to our team!

This is an entry-level Internet Management position. We are willing to train the right person!

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the internet sales leads, ensuring a smooth and effective operation
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of E-Leads and CDK systems to maximize lead generation and management
• Develop and implement effective internet lead handling processes to achieve high closing rates
• Monitor and report on online sales performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement
• Provide exceptional customer service, representing the BMW brand with professionalism and excellence

Qualifications:

• One year minimum of automotive experience required with sales experience preferred
• Experience with luxury brands preferred
• Strong proficiency with E-Leads and CDK systems, with a demonstrated track record of effectively managing online sales leads
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Passion for the automotive industry and in-depth knowledge of BMW products and services
