About the Role The Vice President, Disability Inclusion is a key executive responsible for leading strategy and execution of all disability inclusion, accessibility, accommodations, and JEDI+ (justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion) efforts across Relay. This role manages a multidisciplinary team and collaborates closely with the President, CEO, and Chief Disability Inclusion Officer to foster a workplace centered on disabled and neurodivergent individuals. The leader will serve as a visible representative of Relay, building relationships with policymakers, disability employment organizations, and community partners.
