Vice President, Disability Inclusion (Project Management) Join a mission-driven organization focused on disability inclusion. Relay Resources is a disability-centered social enterprise based in the Pacific Northwest. With a mission to transform workplaces and communities through disability inclusion, we employ 900 individuals and generate $70 million in annual revenue. Our work includes Building Solutions (janitorial, landscaping, and floor care), Document Solutions, and Supply Chain Solutions. We also operate three programs: Competitive Integrated Employment, abilIT (cybersecurity and tech workforce training), and Affordable Housing. Additionally, Relay offers Accessibility and Disability Inclusion consulting and hosts the annual DisabilityNext Summit, the most accessible disability employment event in the world. About the Role The Vice President, Disability Inclusion is a key executive responsible for leading strategy and execution of all disability inclusion, accessibility, accommodations, and JEDI+ (justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion) efforts across Relay. This role manages a multidisciplinary team and collaborates closely with the President, CEO, and Chief Disability Inclusion Officer to foster a workplace centered on disabled and neurodivergent individuals. The leader will serve as a visible representative of Relay, building relationships with policymakers, disability employment organizations, and community partners.
