The Company is seeking a Vice President for the Homeland Security Market with a focus on expanding its presence in the Department of Homeland Security and Department of Justice. The successful candidate will be a dynamic leader, responsible for driving growth, managing customer relationships, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services. This role demands a strategic thinker who can balance innovative growth initiatives with the effective execution of current projects, and who is adept at leading large competitive pursuits. The Vice President will also be tasked with positioning the company for future expansion and driving delivery excellence on current projects. Applicants for this Vice President position must have a proven commitment to the mission and objectives of the Departments of Homeland Security and Justice, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership role within these markets. The role requires a candidate with a strong understanding of customer needs, direct experience with key client organizations, and a track record of success in complex proposal development. The ideal candidate will have significant experience managing profit and loss responsibilities and overseeing federal contracts, with a preference for those with P&L experience exceeding $10 million. Exceptional collaborative skills, the ability to lead high-performing teams, and a strong alignment with the company's cultural values are essential. The role also involves mentoring and developing project managers and teams, as well as collaborating with business development and service lines to identify new opportunities and enhance client engagement.
