Welder - Cleburne, Tx1st and 2nd Shifts - $20-23/hr

Job Description

• Weld steel components using flux core and/or hard wire techniques.
• Interpret and understand technical drawings and blueprints.
• Ensure welds meet quality standards and design specifications.
• Troubleshoot welding equipment and perform minor repairs as needed.
• Perform quality checks and correct unsatisfactory welds.
• Train lower-level welders and guide them in welding techniques.
• Identify and perform corrective actions for heat-affected areas.
• D1.1 certification in flux core and hard wire welding.
• Ability to interpret and understand blueprints.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Flux Core Welding.
• Basic fitting skills.
• Understanding of heat affected areas and their reactions to base metals.

Work Environment

You will work in a non-climate-controlled shop environment, utilizing a variety of welding equipment and tools to achieve production goals.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cleburne, Texas.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
