Job Title: Welder

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Mig Welder to join our team. Expect to work overtime on Fridays and Saturdays, with a current schedule of 50-60 hours weekly. When operations normalize, the typical workweek is 5.5 days.

Responsibilities

• Perform Mig welding on a variety of specialist products, including those for the agriculture industry and treadmill exercise parts.
• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate welding and fabrication.
• Work with stainless steel and engage in production tasks.
• Maintain high-quality standards in all welding tasks.

Essential Skills

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Mig welding.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints.
• Experience with stainless steel production and welding fabrication.

Work Environment

Work in a manufacturing environment with a schedule primarily on the 2nd shift. You will have access to modern equipment and a supportive team atmosphere. The dress code aligns with standard manufacturing safety practices.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of NEWTON, KS.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr.
