The Wellness Nurse plays a vital role in supporting our residents’ health and well-being while ensuring a seamless and positive experience for residents and their families. This position requires a licensed nurse with reliable transportation to assist with off-campus evaluations when necessary. The Wellness Nurse serves as the clinical point person for new resident move-ins- creating a welcoming environment and ensuring a smooth, compliant transition for both residents and the clinical team. When not collaborating with the sales team and prospective residents, the Wellness Nurse partners with medication technicians to ensure full compliance with medication administration and regulatory standards. This individual will also educate and support non-licensed team members, drive quality improvement initiatives, and model exceptional customer service. At Watermark we believe the next era in Senior Living excellence starts with you! What you will need to qualify for this positions:

• Registered Nurse ( LPN/LVN or RN)
• Experience in Assisted Living and Memory Care preferred
• Current driver's license in good standing
• Reliable transportation and ability to participate in off-campus evaluations
• Able to work flexible days and hours to include holidays, weekends, and on call rotations
• Commitment to quality care and customer satisfaction
• Excellent teaching, leadership, and communication skills
• Excellent computer skills in Word, Excel and online systems
• Proven Survey History
