General Labor Window Cleaners Join the FISH Family! Immediate openings in Kalamazoo, MI. No experience necessary. Full‑time hours: 7 am to 5 pm. Starting pay $17/hour. After training full‑time cleaners earn $17–$27/hr, with occasional weekends. We provide two weeks of paid training. After 3–6 months we typically shift to commission‑based pay based on performance. This is a year‑round position ideal for construction, warehouse, hospitality, retail or customer‑service workers.
