*About the Role*
Honor Engineer Company is seeking a *Licensed Civil Engineer or Landscape Architect Project Manager* to lead land development and infrastructure projects from concept through construction. This position is ideal for a technically skilled and client-focused professional ready to take ownership of project delivery and team coordination.
*Responsibilities*
* Manage multiple site design projects, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget objectives are met.
* Develop site layouts, grading, erosion control, and stormwater management plans.
* Prepare and review construction drawings, specifications, and reports.
* Serve as the primary client contact and maintain strong client relationships.
* Coordinate with regulatory agencies and apply for permits and approvals.
* Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and designers.
* Contribute to business development and proposal preparation.
*Qualifications*
* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or related discipline.
* Active Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Landscape Architect (RLA) license.
* 5+ years of relevant design and project management experience.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microsoft Office, and hydrology/hydraulic modeling software.
* Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
* Experience with public and private clients and projects, such as State, municipal, and utility clients, and land development, subdivision and stormwater projects.
Work Environment: Typical office setting. Remote/Hybrid may be available.
Travel: This position may require travel to project sites and client meetings.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
