Sports Reporter-Twin Falls, ID The Times-News in Twin Falls, Idaho, is looking for a motivated, curious and self-sufficient journalist for its sports reporter position.
The sports department covers 28 high schools across eight counties in south-central Idaho, as well as the College of Southern Idaho, a nationally competitive junior college. The sports department also covers American Legion baseball during the summer and a handful of rodeos throughout the year.
We're always looking to grow our presence in the community, and the sports reporter will help contribute to that. No story is too big or small.
Candidates should be comfortable pitching and producing their own stories as well as shooting video. Photography experience is a plus but is not required. Anyone who applies should be ready to contribute from day one.
A bachelor's degree in journalism or a related field is preferred. New graduates are welcome to apply. Applicants should have experience covering sports, whether it be professionally or as a college student. Recent graduates and journalists with any amount of professional experience are welcome to apply.

Golf, Hot Springs, and Skiing - The region also offers golf courses with canyon views, relaxing hot springs, and scenic drives through farmland and rolling hills. World-class skiing at Sun Valley is just a few hours' drive away.
