Position Overview: As a Front of House Team Member at Chick-fil-A Beltway 8 & Hammerly, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest experiences through outstanding customer service and efficient operational support. You will be the face of the restaurant, interacting directly with guests, taking orders, preparing food, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Your dedication to creating a positive and memorable dining experience for every guest will contribute to the overall success and reputation of our restaurant. (Part-time and Full-time positions available) Part-time or Full-time availability/ Daytime or Evening shifts Must be available to work Fridays and Saturdays Responsibilities:

• Greeting and serving guests with enthusiasm, courtesy and hospitality
• Serve to educate guests of products offerings and promotions in the dining room
• Providing "2nd Mile" service by helping guests to their table
• Ensure guest complaints are resolved properly and swiftly
• Proactivity sanitize tables and chairs
• Pass out mints to guests as they're finishing their meals
• Take out garbage and maintain a clean & organized dining room
• Must love to smile and connect with people
• Model and support clear communications between the from counter and dining room staff
• Follow sanitation and safety procedures

Qualifications:

• Must be available to work the lunch rush weekdays & weekends
• Must be able to multitask
• Must be reliable
• Great communication skills with guests and team members
• Accountability--both to self and others
• Must have successfully completed Team Member Training
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be comfortable using a cash register
• Ability to work at a quick, yet efficient and thorough pace
• Team oriented, adaptable, dependable and strong work ethic
• Positive attitude
• Customer Service Oriented
• Must be able to meet physical demands of the position which includes, but not limited to, standing for up to 10 hours and lifting up to 50Ibs
